/m/’s fault as usual:

Conclusions:
- I still remember how to draw the URTV uniform without any reference (I’m sure it’s not 100% correct, but whatever). 
- Ribbons could have passed for young Albedo until I colored his hair.
- The Innovator uniform looks fucking stupid on anyone other than the Innovators.
- In contrast the URTV uniform looks pretty awesome on Ribbons.
