From the blog post I translated earlier that described Hilling as the “only woman-like (女性らしい) Innovator.”

Having seen Hilling’s introduction, I believe it might be referring to speech style. Hilling’s only line so far is:

”ヒリング・ケア。イノベターよ。”

It’s not much to work with, but I believe they weaseled in the second bit explicitly to work a feminine speech characteristic. It’s another SFP thing. Feminine speech is often characterized by dropping case particles and especially the copula in casual sentences. Neutral/masculine would look more like this: ”ヒリング・ケア。イノベターだよ。” If they really wanted to rub it in they’d have made it ”ヒリング・ケア。イノベターわよ。” but that wouldn’t have been terribly appropriate (わ is a ’softener,’in that situation Hilling’s not being terribly polite/soft so it wouldn’t have really been appropriate except to go LOOK GIRL SPEECH!).

And for the record, I believe the implications of that sentence (the woman-like thing not Hilling’s line) are that the Innovators have no biological sex and that Hilling is the only one who has presented as female-gendered (the others are pretty clearly male or neuter — in terms of speech style especially).
