Newtype, new stuff: 

OO & O-Raiser:

- Mizushima wanted the O-Raiser’s silhouette to look like a bat, the reason being that CB isn’t just your average ally-of-justice. (lol, Batman reference?)

- The part of O-Raiser that looks like a cockpit isn’t the cockpit, it’s a sensor. The cockpit is internal.

(there’s some other stuff mentioned that’s pretty obvious–like that O-Raiser docks with the OO /etc)

Cheridum:

- Cheridum has no beam sabers. 

- If Dynames was a regular soldier, Cheridum would be a special forces officer.

- The idea for Shield Bits was around from the beginning. Afterall, the solar furnace connection at the hip can supply GN particles for firing. 

Arios:

- The gimick is that it splits into two types of equipment was designed in about one shot. 

- The GN-Archer is a manned unit. Surely it’ll be very active.

- The GN-Archer has the [added] gimmick of a GN-condenser.

Seravee:

- The ideas for the face on the back and the hidden arm were Kuroda’s.

- The face on the back is O Gundam’s. In other words it’s the symbol of CB.

- Initially the idea was for a tall and lean figure. 

- Seravee is a popular suit among adults.

Other stuff:

- Ribbon’s frilly outfit from episode 9….

- Hilling says that she’s “for combat” in a woman’s voice. 

- Revive is also and expert in tactics.

- Bring doesn’t speak or show his feelings much.

 

Voice actors comments:

Paku Romi:

When [Regene] was introduced in episode 25 of the first season, I bombarded Mizushima with questions about what sort of character he was. But he just said “it’s a secret.” (lol)

When we started recording, I performed it according to my impression that if [Regene] had some hostility toward Ribbons, he’d say things even more cute and sweetly. From thereon I understood Regene’s attitude. 

Kamiya Hiroshi:

After the shock brought on by Regene, Tieria’s heart isn’t calm.

Paku Romi:

For the scene in which [Regene] meets Tieria, I was requested to do it more childishly. Regene is an innocent young boy-like character. I thought he seemed more feminine, but his sex is a mystery. (lol)

I’m just happy to be part of such incredibly awesome scenes. (then she goes on to say something about people concentrating very hard and I think she says something about having to do her best not to lose her concentration when delivering lines as Regene, but I’m too dumb to translate it properly).
