Episode opens with Fan eating with his friends somewhere. They run into the chick from the other night, she’s a waitress at the place they’re eating. And she brings Fan… AN OMELETTE!
Miranda and Dr. Li are chilling outside and talking about Fan. Sounds like the usual stuff.
Back on Emental, ALSES. He’s got Lira. And still can’t pronounce Fan’s name right. He feeds his creepy fish in front of her as a threat and then leaves to deal with some message from Idoris.
Then back to Fan and company, who are chilling in a hotel lobby and Fan’s chewing bubble gum again. A bunch of people are talking gathered around a screen with something about Lira on it and Fan sees it. Now it’s SRSBSNS with Miranda and Dr. Li and Fan and co. about how to save her. (on a side note this episode has some serious QUALITY moments, particularly where Miranda is concerned, it’s like they didn’t even look at it before airing…).
Zarlish is yelling at Idoris about the situation with Alses. Idoris says something to piss off Zarlish, he ragequits their chat and Idoris laughs evily.
Jouslan and Ariabart are talking again in that observatory room thing that’s never properly lit about Idoris and Fan and the situation with Alses.
SPACE LOLI! SHE LOOKS WEIRD WITHOUT THE HAT. PUT IT BACK! PUT IT BACK!
Back on Emental, Lira’s locked in a room. Alses is elsewhere being all “lolololol my plan’s working and Idoris is my BFF”
Back to Fan and company. They’re making plans and seem to be whining about money. Dr. Li contacted someone, I dunno what it was about exactly. And they’re still whining about “if only we had money”
Oh god a casino? Is that really your brilliant plan Tytania turncoat guy? Space poker looks pretty cool. Lol, he’s cheating. And they got a shitload of money. PROBLEM SOLVED!
Uh-oh, Idoris has Fan on tape begging for money just now. Haha~ He really does have an impressive information network!
And it looks like Fan and co. are finally departing now.
SRS FAN ARE SRS.

NEXT WEEK: “Infultrating Emental” AKA. Lira’s gonna dieeeeeeee~
But infiltrating Emental and/or trying to save Lira was never part of the original story! I sense something brewing, I just don’t know what.

Yeah, this sounds different from what I know of the original novels (didn’t Fan just get notified of what happened to Lira after the fact?).
I almost think he might save her. It showed Alses all wet and clutching his face in the preview but Lira was shown after in her room crying but clearly not fishfood (not that previews have ever been misleading or not in chronological order but I dunno).
