I’m about half done translating it though s/he said they might add more later. There are a couple interesting bits so far:
Setsuna and the 00 are on the cover. Tieria and Seravee will be on vol. 2.
There isn’t a lot of new information.
Saji’s new height and weight: 178 cm, 60 kg
On page 7 it’s specified that Tieria and Ribbons were born from Veda as “Biological Computer Terminals.” On the same page is a record of Regene telling Tieria that he’s not human but an Innovator. The title of the article is “The troubles of those who aren’t human.”
According to the article on page 9: the revival of Hallelujah who was thought to be dead.
From now on, will new troubles arise?
Allelujah was wearing that full restraint harness for the entire 4 years he was in custody.
Lyle and Klaus are old friends.
Page 12-13 explains the influence of each camp.
Wang provides information to the Innovators too, with her secret dealings, each camp’s opposition is becoming more violent.
Page 14-25 is commentary on the minor characters.
Ali is 40 years old and Patrick is 33.
Page 23 has information on the Innovators but they have no personal data.
Hilling Care is described as a female model of Innovator.
It also mentions that Regene’s movements are rather arbitrary/capricious.
The scene between Regene and Louise in episode 25 of the first season was a scene of them leaving the hospital and Regene taking her to Ribbons’ place.

P30-32 is a conversation between Milena and Feldt’s voice actresses.
I’m only listing what caught my attention:
Feldt’s VA (I’m too lazy to look up how to read their names):
- Feldt told Sumeragi “Welcome home.”
- About the shocking event of episode 4, in which Feldt received that unreasonable kiss. When I was flipping through the script and I saw the words “Feldt” and “kiss” and BAM! And then I closed the script. When Feldt was only 14 in the first season, I don’t think she realized that she had love-like feelings for Neil. But she probably thought about him a lot in the years after he was gone. Lyle is a completely different person from Neil––this reality nags at her until she fully comes to terms with it. The reality “that person isn’t here anymore” is carved into her mind.
Milena’s VA:
“That’s sexual harassment, Papa!”
About the voice work:
Feldt’s VA:
Miki is the type who can summarize scenes [easily].
Sougetsu (Furuya) and Kamiya’s conversations are really interesting/funny (lol).
Kamiya says things like “Please excuse our newcomer” (lol)
Milena’s VA:
Can’t what the first word 入野君 means, but she says something about meddling being awesome.
For the fans:
Feldt’s VA:
I don’t think 00 will have an absolute conclusion. One by one [people] will accept their errors. If it’s possible, I want Feldt to live with all my might.
Milena’s VA:
Even with no images and just hearing her voice, so that people really get to know the “babbling Milena” I’ll relentlessly keep at putting her personality out there!

Innovators are also biological, they eat and they cry, plus they also have free will, so they’re not exactly like computers. But I agree with the nanomachines bit. No way a guy that skinny would weigh more than the rest.
Lastly… is there any evidence out there that Ribbons and Healing are the eldest of the group? Meaning that they’ve had a female right from the start?

Nothing concrete about Hilling but Ribbons is probably the oldest of the ‘modern’ Innovator line (Hanayo from 00F might be older, she seems like she and her line might have been a prototype for the current set). A lot of people speculate that Hilling might be a different model or a modified version of Ribbons’ line since her hair color’s a bit different from his (whereas all the other pairs have identical colors).

That makes sense, Hilling does sound most immature compared to the rest of them. And now I have more questions and theories but I’ll keep it in, and just watch what they give us in the show.

The Bio Terminal thing have already been known for a while.Though it’s a big relief to find out that Healing Care is a girl.I always thought that her voice was too feminine.
