According to this, the one who was present in the Ireland terrorist explosion {in the flashback} was Lyle. 

3-way talk between: Kugumiya (Nena), Shindou (Wang), and Takahashi (Hong Long):

During a test (voice test I guess?), Lindt’s VA, Yao, cried out “I hate the first quarter!” and said things like “hernia!”
It seems like Hong Long loves Liu Ming

[EDIT] New stuff, updating as I go. Some repeats will probably appear since the above is like a super short summary of things:

• 00 Gundam:

Explanation of the quantization and QBW-like communication while in the Trans-am Raizer state. Saji being able to hear Louise’s voice in the battle was because of a QBW side effect [of Trans-am], it isn’t a direct effect in battle. 

• Cheridum

Explanation of the foloscreen* which was unfolded in episode 13 (*probably supposed to be holoscreen)
The thing called a “foloscreen” was stored in the backpack when Trans-am is invoked. The foloscreen’s [projector] moves to/from the side of the head and projects a screen in front of Cheridum’s head. It is a system that transmits [information] to the Meister.The GN Drive’s location and the Shield Bits’ creation is also discussed. 

• Arios:

Commentary on it’s GN Drive’s location.

• Seravee + Seraphim:

Seraphim’s creation and hidden arm and whatnot. 
The title is “Seraphim, which Tieria exposed on his own”
About how, unlike Nadaleeh, Tieria chose to expose [Seraphim]. It also mentions his human growth. It seems like Veda is required to use Seraphim’s secret ability.

P21 Ptolemy 2, VTOL and the secret base at Lagrange 3 and whatnot.

There is particular focus on Ptolemy’s departure sequence.

P22 Commentary on new characters and new MS

Linda, Anew, Ikeda, Emilio, and Bring. And the new MSs is Garazzo. They note that they it’s thought that the Innovator “Devine Nova” has the same base sequence as Bring. (no shit)

P23 Setsuna and Ribbons’ other relationships.

P24-29 Story commentary from episodes 5-10.

The only new information is that Lyle was the one [shown] outside during the Ireland terror incident. 

P30-33 Talk between Kugumiya (Nena), Shindou (Wang), and Takahashi (Hong Long)

About each of their characters:

• Kugimiya

 - For my first appearance, Mizushima told me “an idol-like feeling please.” Nena herself, who pilots an MS, has the image of “Oh me? I’m wonderful and cheery.”

 - For Nena, who has quite a big ego, even though it should be the most detestable thing, for the sake of her revenge (for her 2 brothers) she humbly takes on a maid-like role. Nena’s desire for revenge is sustained by a great deal of resentment. She’s a bomb waiting to go off.

•Shidou

 - She has to be careful not to be too malicious. She doesn’t show much emotion so I was told to give a cool (performance). 

 - I guess have a political fixer? like part in a corner of my heart, but you might say that I play [her] meekly with the feeling “let us change the world.”

• Takahashi

 - The number of lines Howard [Mason] had in his first appearance is more than Hong Long has had. (lol)

(Takahashi is also the voice of Howard)

 - Since we began work on the second season, from the very beginning I was told “Hong Long loves Liu Ming” by the sound director. At that time, I still didn’t know they were siblings, and when the situation changed I came to think of it as a love for his sister (I believe he means to say that it’s a familial love not incestuous). 

Concerning Howard:

 - Howard is the existence that allows me to pilot an MS. Flying in the sky along side his commanding officer, Graham, I enjoyed playing Howard.

Favorite characters:

Kugimiya:

I think the faint love that Allelujah and Marie nourished was nice. 

Shidou:

The masked person. Even though the second season’s become increasingly dark, I have a hard time keeping myself from laughing when I look behind me during recording.  

Takahashi:

Colonel Sergei. Since he’s the ideal superior officer. If you want to know about female characters, I like Shirin. (lol)

The three of them also like Billy.
