Looks like someone in the 2ch thread has the issue. The only chunk that’s come out so far has been some details on illustrations and one new episode title. They’ve backed up their claims with tiny cell phone photos of unrelated pages that are definitely from this month’s issue so I dunno, it looks fairly legitimate. I’ll be updating this post as more comes out.

(This is Animage, not Newtype (I think…) so the content for 21-22 is a little different from what I can read, but they look similar enough to confirm the NT summaries and the titles are the same) 

[EDIT III] Summaries for 21-22, they’re still of moderately questionable reliability (I’d give them a 7/10 on the reliability scale–1 being bullshit/trolling and 10 being I have the magazine in front of me). I’m not 100% confident in some parts of the translation, they don’t really reveal much anyhow though:

Episode 21: “The Door to Reform”
The Ptolemy crew receives information from Wang Liu Ming showing only certain points. According to Ian, a secret CB facility is in that vicinity. Apparently, Linda and co. are developing new equipment [there]. They head toward that point. 

Episode 22: “For the Future’s Sake”
A-LAWS, which had incorporated the Federation Army under them, had gathered their great fleet to exterminate CB. Meanwhile, Setsuna and the others decide to speak to each other about how to go about ending the war.
