Anew’s listed in the Innovator section with the question of whether she’s the same type as Revive. In the commentary about “What an Innovator is,” they explain that they take after their genetic type {no shit?}. Only same-type Innovators can communicate directly through QBW {rather than through Veda, hence how Revive could ping Anew without triggering Veda access} 

Why is Setsuna’s cell regeneration disorder [seemingly] inhibited?
Lasse and Louise suffer from it as well, but why is it that only Setsuna is progressing slowly? Is it related to his piloting 00 Gundam? Perhaps 00 has a yet unknown power to alter cells?

Episode 20: Anew Return
Setsuna and company struggle against a new Innovator machine which appeared alongside Hilling and Revive. Lockon, in Cheridum, along with the new Innovator machine, is separated from the battlefield. Cheridum takes damage. Lockon cries out in his cockpit as both he and the new Innovator unit charge at each other.

Episode 21: The Door to Reform
Setsuna and company receive some time-delayed information from Wang Liu Ming which indicates a point in space where Lagrange 5 is located. All of Ptolemaios’ crew is suspicious. But Setsuna proposes that they change course to the point Liu Ming indicated anyway. They approve Setsuna’s proposal since Ian is in charge of development, [and he knows that] his wife, Linda, and other comrades of theirs are developing new weapons at one of CB’s secret facilities in the area. Meanwhile, Hilling and company, humiliated by the 00’s miraculous power in the previous battle, start to think that there might be some kind of secret to the 00’s performance over and above [that of any other] Mobile Suit. 

Episode 22: For the Future’s Sake
A-LAWS finally integrate the Federation army into their grand fleet, and begin to amass troops to exterminate Celestial Being. A-LAWS’ Goodman and company are enthusiastic prior to the decisive battle with Celestial Being. Meanwhile, on Ptolemaios, in order to bring an end to the war with A-LAWS, Setsuna and the others discuss what to do.

Supposedly, they confirmed that Setsuna was shot with a GN gun, and that he now suffers from the same regenerative disorder as Louise and Lasse.

Veda’s recovery and Tieria’s alteration might a breakthrough for CB. And for the first time Tieria uses his mental capacity to increase the accuracy of Sumeragi’s tactical forcast. 

Tieria’s challenge with Lockon is the same as Setsuna’s. [When Tieria] became worked up over Lockon he failed, but when he thinks calmly he succeeds. The key to [his] future is how he faces Lockon’s ghost, can he calmly decide [what to do]? If he can do that, perhaps Tieria himself can pull everyone [up] on his own. 

It seems like Kati is leaving A-LAWS. Will she return or will she forsake them and turn hostile? 
The elevator collapse is not just blamed on Katharon but CB as well. Katharon’s been moving around from hideout to hideout and so on. 

In tomorrow’s broadcast, with the destruction of Memento Mori #2, CB announces their presence again. 

It seems like two of their machines* were repaired during the four month period, but in order to further improve their combat capabilities, CB, while on the run, destroys them prior to resuming the rebellion and so on. (er, sorry not totally clear as to what they’re talking about)
(*not 100% sure what machines they’re referring to here, there’s not a whole lot of context–this was a separate post a ways after the line above it, but it does seem like it’s talking about the Memento Mori maybe?)
Also, it seems that in order to recapture Veda they first have to find Veda. And that’s why they’re going to capture an Innovator?

Louise’s medication has nanomachines in it. 
Was the prideful Liu Ming beaten into submission?
[They also] hype up expectations for a counter attack against Ribbons. (I’m not 100% on some of this just because the sentences are very short, often broken and lacking in context–so if later when a more proper summary comes up and it turns out that I misinterpreted something here don’t be too surprised).
