If anyone was hoping for S2 trailer like cryptic spoilers, I think Sunrise didn’t deliver (or it’s just even less obvious than before). The trailer is set in between the series and the movie. The only spoilery sounding thing I noticed was Tieria saying he’s a hologram. Anyway, translation:

Narrator: 2313 AD. Thanks to the reborn Earth Federation government’s policies, [Earth] is heading down a long and gentle path. 

Narrator: Meanwhile, Celestial Being…

 

Text: Movie Preview

 

Al: Hey, hey, Marie, that last battle was awesome, wasn’t it? {too lazy to try to decipher the rest of his chat with Marie while everyone else talks over him}

Setsuna: It’s pretty boring [now].

Lyle: Yeah.

Tieria: That’s just because Earth is more or less at peace.

Tieria: By the way, I’m a holographic projection.

Tieria: Being the only person in Veda is pretty boring [too].

Lyle: I’ve never heard of such a thing. 

Lyle: But if we’re this boring, we’ll never make it to the theater!

Setsuna: Yeah.

 

Neil: Hey! Excuse me!

Tieria: Lockon Stratos!

Al: You were alive? 

Neil: No, I’m dead!

Tieria: I’m getting tired of that response.

Al: What is it today?

Neil: What, you ask? An interesting shop opened in heaven.

Neil: You guys looked bored, so I came to invite you.

Lyle: But we don’t want to join you yet…

Neil: I promise I’ll bring you right back, so just relax.

Text: Well, if that’s the case…

 

Neil: Alright, let’s go! Follow me!

Tieria: I guess it’ll be a good way to kill time.

Setsuna: Yeah.

Text: We forgot to put Lyle in this scene.

Al: Marie, let’s go.

 

Text: Good-Pan Shop {bad pun on Goodman’s name, couldn’t think of how to preserve it better in English}

Tieria: Good-Pan Shop?

Lyle: Did he drag us [all the way out here] just for this?

Neil: Well, pretty much. But this place is really tasty!

 

Neil: Old man! I brought some customers!

Goodman: Welcome~

Tieria: This should be the first time we’ve met, but I don’t feel weird or strange at all. 

Al: Yeah.

Goodman: Everything is tasty because we like to bake.

Setsuna: It’s certainly tasty.

Neil: Thanks to my help.

Neil: Eat as much as you want. {not 100% on the ideophone he used}

 

Sergei: Pierres!

Narrator: Cute pandas. / It’s cute bread. {another bad pun}

Narrator: The Wild Bear of Russia!

Sergei: Pieres. What is it, Pieres…

Sergei: A-Andrei?

Sergei: Andrei!

Sergei: I’m sorry, Andrei.

 

Al: Marie, it’s tasty, isn’t it?

Setsuna: Tasty. 

Lyle: Well, that was fun.

Lyle: And we got to see some old faces too.

Tieria: It was worthwhile. 

Al: Marie, what’s that?
