I’ve seen these mentioned elsewhere already but didn’t really see anything backing it up until someone posted this on /m/:

As I, and I’m sure a lot of other people, suspected 00P and 00V are being succeeded by new series, 00N and 00V Senki respectively. There’ll probably be a preview dealy in the next issues of Hobby Japan/Dengeki Hobby and Gundam Ace at the end of the month. Also smiley days is saying that Graham’s Come Across CD is due out in December sometime.

Won 2 auctions of 60 Gundam 00 doujins each today. I have nfc what I’m gonna do with 120 doujins, most of which I really don’t care about (I wonder if anyone can guess which ones I was interested in–pictures are from the auction, I don’t have them yet).  I’m thinking I should sell the ones I don’t want/duplicates, but I’ll probably have to figure out Paypal first. Anyhow, look at the ginormous pile of doujinshi I just bought:

Dumping images/moon as I find it, will start translating once I get through the thread backlog (this is what I get for trying to go to bed at a normal time for once). After the insertion of Ribbons’ POV in the SE, Regene’s position is very important.

[EDIT] Read through kouryakukan’s report, nothing really significant added (the character features were summarized but it’s all stuff we already know/is painfully obvious–Tieria slowly learned to understand human feelings; Neil thinks of CB like a family; blah blah blah, heard it 100 times already–so I’m not bothering with it). There were some more little details in Mizushima’s comments about the movie (the rest was pretty much the same):

The new Gundams play a big part in the movie. Please look forward to what the Gundams were up to in the world several years after the end of the series.

Animage is pretty much worthless this month in terms of new information.

This is from around episode 12. Revive and Bring just got back from getting their asses handed to them. Ribbons slaps Wang and all that good stuff. The POV is all over the fucking place in this though, there’s one obvious shift into Regene’s perspective but in the middle of Revive’s section Ribbons’ thoughts show up for a couple lines for no fucking reason (I can’t imagine it’s anyone other than Ribbons, this should be from Revive’s POV, but he doesn’t talk like that). I’m putting the Ribbons thought lines in green or something because it’s weird. I really need to go back over this later and edit it because some parts are a real mess.

IN THIS SECTION: Bring and Revive are not happy about getting their asses kicked by humans; Ribbons isn’t happy about it either; Regene gloats to himself about successfully trolling Ribbons and seeing Wang get slapped, lulz ensue (literally).

Another Hiling related excerpt. I forget what episode this is from, but it’s after the first Memento Mori was destroyed and Nena comes in and saves Setsuna and is creepy. Anyhow! In this section: Having had her ass handed to her by the 00, Hiling fears the impending laughter of her comrades in the face of her failure. Poor Hiling.

[EDIT] This is at the end of episode 13 (the last novel 3 excerpt was at the beginning of the episode), BD rips just finished downloading so I went and checked. Most of the actual dialogue matches up with the episode (there are a few extra lines in the novel and of course we’re seeing all this from Hiling’s POV rather than Setsuna/neutral so more internal stuff).

[EDIT II] S2 Novel 4 was finally announced. It’s titled “Anew Return” and should be out at the end of the month. Sunrise, you’re making it really hard for me to pretend Anew doesn’t exist. Also NT/Animedia/mage usually leak today/tomorrow-ish.

[EDIT] On an unrelated note, this layout looks really crowded on my laptop… I’m so used to seeing it on my 24″ screen….

This from chapter 3 section 2, the scans are the whole of chapter 3-2 but I only translated a part of it (the beginning is Lindt being incompetent and the end bit involves Nena; this part is it’s own scene though–I didn’t just cut off the action in the middle anywhere). This is somewhere around episode 11 I think 13. I numbered the pages this time because it’s not the entire sub-chapter. Anyway. IN THIS EXCERPT: Hiling fightan Katharon, A-LAWS are sad that they have to blow up Flags; Hiling’s boobs; A-LAWS hit on Hiling, but she has none of it; 00 shows up and Hiling wants to make it a present for Ribbons.

Yeah, another pro/epilogue–they’re short and don’t require reading other parts of the novel to figure out what’s going on, so basically they require less efforts than other sections. Also Innovators. Anyway, ITC Ribbons is an fabulously arrogant motherfucker:

This is the prologue to S2 Novel 2. I translated a chunk of it earlier, but now that I actually know what’s going on I think it makes a bit more sense. Also, this is another case of first person internal monologue and 3rd person narration not being differentiated explicitly in the text–I’ve ittalicized Revive’s thoughts, though, again, I could be reading some of those lines into 1st person when they should be 3rd. Also, I fucking love novel Regene. I would pay just to hear Paku and Saiga do that bit at the end.

It doesn’t seem like very much was lost in the translation of the Chinese translation that’s been around for a while, but there were a couple of little things (punny things mainly) that obviously didn’t carry. I suspect we’ll see something similar to this in SE I. It’s kind of sad that these three short pages constitute like 90% of Ribbons’ character development and it wasn’t even included in the series proper.
